Harmony Home Health is a rapidly growing, private duty home health care agency (no Medicare or Medicaid). We provide needed care and companionship to seniors in their homes. Harmony has been in business for more than 10 years and currently provides services to the entire Tampa Bay area.

We have an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager (Scheduler) who can help deliver exceptional service to our clients and caregivers and ensure that we are providing the highest quality, 360 degree care to the seniors and their families that we work with.

This is a full time position, and your job responsibilities would include:

  • Schedule the perfect caregiver for each of our clients
  • Work with clients and their families to make sure that all care is being delivered as needed
  • Utilize computer software during scheduling process
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to all clients and caregivers
  • Compliance documentation and filing upkeep
  • Have Fun!
