Hiring For Recruitment / HR Director

Harmony Home Health is a rapidly growing, non-medical in-home care agency. We provide needed care and companionship to seniors in their homes. Harmony has been in business for more since 2004 and currently provides services to the entire Tampa Bay area.
We have an immediate opening for a Recruitment / HR Director to help us recruit and retain the most talented caregivers in the industry.

This is a full time position, and your job responsibilities would include:

  • Attract a steady stream of quality potential caregivers through advertising and outreach
  • Perform phone interviews and book caregivers to attend interviews in the office
  • Conduct regular interviews and orientations for new caregiver candidates
  • Complete HR onboarding and maintain employee files
  • Regular follow up with employees to make sure they are having a positive work experience and improve long term employee retention
  • Work with the rest of the team to make sure we are continually upholding our core values
  • Have Fun!

  • Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, and a self-starter

  • Ambition for growth and demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills


  • 1 year of prior supervisory experience
  • Previous HR or Recruitment experience is required
  • Prior health care or home care experience is preferred but not required
